1.1 General information only. The content on this website — including product descriptions, water-quality information, articles, comparison tables, cost calculators, blog posts and customer stories — is provided for general information purposes only. It does not constitute medical, health, engineering, plumbing or legal advice, and should not be relied upon as such.

1.2 No medical or therapeutic claims. Our products are household and office water treatment appliances. They are not medical devices. Nothing on this website is intended to state or imply that any Mineral Pot product diagnoses, treats, cures, prevents or alleviates any disease, illness or medical condition, or that drinking filtered, mineralised or alkaline water will produce any specific health outcome. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are immunocompromised, or are preparing water for an infant, please consult a qualified medical practitioner before changing your drinking water arrangements.

1.3 Water quality and performance. Filtration and mineralisation performance depends on your incoming water quality, water pressure, usage volume, ambient conditions and adherence to the maintenance and filter-replacement schedule. Any figures we publish (filter lifespan, litres per filter set, cost per person per year, reduction rates) are typical or indicative values based on manufacturer testing under stated laboratory conditions, and are not a guarantee of the results in your home or office. Our products are designed to treat water from a municipal supply that is already intended to be potable — they are not designed to make unsafe, untreated, saline, or contaminated water safe to drink.

1.4 Third-party certifications and test reports. Where we reference third-party test reports, standards or certifications, those apply to the specific model, filter and test conditions stated in the report. They are the statements of the issuing body, not of Aqua Bello, and we do not extend them beyond their stated scope.

1.5 Third-party links. This website may link to third-party websites or resources. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices.

1.6 Pricing, availability and errors. All prices are in Hong Kong Dollars (HK$) and include no other charges unless stated. We take care to keep prices, specifications, images and stock information accurate, but errors can occur. Where an obvious pricing or description error occurs, we may cancel the affected order before dispatch and refund you in full; we will notify you first and give you the option to reconfirm at the correct price.

1.7 Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Aqua Bello shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or property damage arising from the use or misuse of our products or of this website, or from any failure to follow the supplied installation, operating and maintenance instructions. Our total aggregate liability in connection with any product shall not exceed the price you paid for that product.

1.8 Your statutory rights are preserved. Nothing in this disclaimer or in any of our policies excludes, restricts or modifies (a) the implied conditions as to title, merchantable quality, fitness for purpose and correspondence with description under the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26), which cannot be excluded against a person dealing as a consumer under the Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71) (Tanner De Witt); (b) the implied terms as to reasonable care and skill under the Supply of Services (Implied Terms) Ordinance (Cap. 457); or (c) any liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

1.9 Governing law. This disclaimer is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.

1.10 Language. In case of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of this disclaimer, the English version shall prevail.
