3.1 Who we are. This website is operated by Aqua Bello Co. Ltd. (BR No. 7386109), a company incorporated in Hong Kong, at Flat 1, 1/F, Wing Wo Building, 32-38 Ko Shan Road, Hung Hom, Kowloon, trading as WATERS Mineral Pot.

3.2 Acceptance. By browsing this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Warranty & Installation Terms, Personal Information Collection Statement and Legal Disclaimer, all of which form part of these Terms.

3.3 Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you order on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company. For safety reasons we do not sell Hot & Cold units for use by minors without adult supervision.

3.4 Account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, resale in breach of clause 3.11, chargeback abuse, or abuse of our staff.

3.5 Products and content. Product images are illustrative; colours and accessories may vary slightly between production batches. We may improve or change specifications, and may discontinue models, without notice. We will not, however, ship you a materially different product from the one you ordered.

3.6 Orders and formation of contract. Your order is an offer to buy. Our order-confirmation email is an acknowledgement of receipt only. The contract is formed when we dispatch the goods, or when we confirm a scheduled installation date, whichever is earlier. We may decline or cancel an order before that point — for example, where stock is unavailable, where we cannot deliver to your address, where we suspect fraud, or where a pricing error under clause 1.6 has occurred. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

3.7 Prices, taxes and payment. All prices are shown in Hong Kong Dollars (HK$). Hong Kong does not levy VAT or sales tax on these products. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments and the other methods shown at checkout (credit/debit card, PayPal, FPS, and others as listed). We do not store your full card number; card data is handled by our payment processors. Title to the goods passes to you on full payment; risk passes to you on delivery.

3.8 Promotions, referrals and vouchers. Discount codes, referral rewards and promotional bundles are subject to their own stated terms, cannot be combined unless expressly stated, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time for future orders. Referral rewards are payable only for completed, paid, non-returned orders from genuinely new customers, and we may withhold rewards where we reasonably believe self-referral or abuse has occurred.

3.9 Services. Where you purchase installation, filter replacement, relocation or other services, we will perform them with reasonable care and skill, using suitably trained personnel, in accordance with the Supply of Services (Implied Terms) Ordinance (Cap. 457). Service appointments are subject to clause 5 (Warranty & Installation Terms), including site access and site-suitability conditions.

3.10 Your obligations. You agree to: (a) give accurate delivery, contact and site information; (b) use the product only with a municipal potable water supply and within the stated temperature, pressure and voltage limits; (c) follow the supplied instructions, including replacing filters at the stated intervals; and (d) not open, modify or repair sealed components yourself.

3.11 Resale and B2B. These Terms apply to consumer purchases. Purchase for resale, distribution, franchise, or institutional supply requires a separate written agreement with us. Please contact mingpang@aquabello.co for partner and franchise enquiries.

3.12 Intellectual property. All trade marks, logos, product names, images, text, videos and design elements on this website are owned by or licensed to Aqua Bello or its suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use them commercially without our prior written consent.

3.13 Acceptable use. You may not use this website to transmit malware, to attempt unauthorised access, to place fraudulent orders, to extract data by automated means without permission, or to post unlawful, defamatory or infringing content in reviews or comments. We may remove any review or comment that breaches this clause.

3.14 Reviews and user content. By submitting a review, photo or testimonial, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use it in our marketing, and you confirm it is your genuine experience and does not infringe anyone's rights.

3.15 Liability. Clause 1.7 and 1.8 of the Legal Disclaimer apply to these Terms. In summary: we do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including the implied consumer conditions under Cap. 26 and Cap. 71 and liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence; subject to that, our aggregate liability for any product or service is capped at the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

3.16 Force majeure. We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including typhoons and black rainstorm warnings, floods, fire, epidemic, government order, industrial action, building management restrictions, power or water supply interruption, or carrier failure.

3.17 Complaints and disputes. Please contact mingpang@aquabello.co first — we aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and resolve within 14 business days. Unresolved consumer disputes may also be referred to the Hong Kong Consumer Council.

3.18 Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this website when you place your order. Material changes will be dated and noted at the top of this page.

3.19 Severability, assignment, entire agreement. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in force. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign to a successor of our business. These Terms, together with the policies referred to in clause 3.2, are the entire agreement between us in relation to your purchase.

3.20 Governing law and jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.

3.21 Language. In case of inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions, the English version prevails.

3.2 接受條款。 當您瀏覽本網站、開立帳戶或下單購物，即表示您同意本服務條款，以及本公司的退貨政策、送貨政策、保養及安裝條款、個人資料收集聲明及法律免責聲明，上述文件均構成本條款的一部分。

3.3 資格。 您必須年滿 18 歲，並具備訂立有法律約束力合約的能力。如您代表公司下單，即確認您已獲授權約束該公司。為安全起見，本公司不會出售冷熱水機供未成年人在沒有成人監督下使用。

3.4 帳戶。 您須自行保管帳戶登入資料，並對帳戶下的所有活動負責。如發現未經授權使用，請立即通知本公司。若帳戶涉及欺詐、違反第 3.11 條的轉售行為、濫用拒付機制或對員工作出不當行為，本公司可暫停或關閉該帳戶。

3.5 產品及內容。 產品圖片僅供參考；不同生產批次的顏色及配件可能略有差異。本公司可在不另行通知的情況下改良或更改規格，或停產某些型號；但絕不會向您發送與訂單有重大差異的產品。

3.6 訂單及合約成立。 您的訂單屬購買要約。本公司的訂單確認電郵僅屬收妥通知。合約於本公司發貨時，或確認安裝日期時（以較早者為準）成立。在此之前，本公司可拒絕或取消訂單，例如缺貨、無法送達您的地址、懷疑欺詐，或出現第 1.6 條所述的定價錯誤。若本公司取消訂單，將全額退款。

3.7 價格、稅項及付款。 所有價格以港幣（HK$）顯示。香港不對此類產品徵收增值稅或銷售稅。付款於結帳時透過 Shopify Payments 及結帳頁面所列的其他方式（信用卡／扣帳卡、PayPal、轉數快等）收取。本公司不會儲存您的完整卡號；卡資料由付款服務商處理。貨品所有權於全數付款後轉移給您；風險於送貨時轉移給您。

3.8 推廣、推薦獎賞及優惠券。 折扣碼、推薦獎賞及推廣組合須遵守其各自條款，除明確註明外不可同時使用，不可兌換現金，本公司亦可隨時就日後訂單終止有關優惠。推薦獎賞僅適用於真正新客戶已完成付款且未退貨的訂單；如本公司合理相信存在自我推薦或濫用情況，可扣留獎賞。

3.9 服務。 若您購買安裝、更換濾芯、搬遷或其他服務，本公司將按《服務提供（隱含條款）條例》（第457章）以合理謹慎及技術水平，並由具備適當訓練的人員提供服務。服務預約須符合第 5 節（保養及安裝條款）的規定，包括現場出入及環境合適條件。

3.10 您的責任。 您同意：(a) 提供準確的送貨、聯絡及現場資料；(b) 只將產品接駁市政可飲用水源，並在指定溫度、水壓及電壓範圍內使用；(c) 遵照所提供說明，包括按指定周期更換濾芯；及 (d) 不自行拆開、改裝或維修密封組件。

3.11 轉售及商業客戶。 本條款適用於消費者購買。如為轉售、分銷、加盟或機構供應而購買，須與本公司另行簽訂書面協議。合作及加盟查詢請電郵 mingpang@aquabello.co。

3.12 知識產權。 本網站所有商標、標誌、產品名稱、圖片、文字、影片及設計元素，均由本公司或其供應商擁有或獲授權使用。未經本公司事先書面同意，不得複製、翻印、轉載或作商業用途。

3.13 合理使用。 您不得利用本網站傳送惡意程式、嘗試未經授權存取、下達欺詐訂單、未經許可以自動化方式抽取資料，或在評論中發佈違法、誹謗或侵權內容。本公司可移除任何違反本條的評論。

3.14 評論及用戶內容。 當您提交評論、照片或推薦內容，即授予本公司非專屬、免版稅、全球性的授權，可用於市場推廣；您並確認該內容屬您的真實體驗，且不侵犯任何人的權利。

3.15 責任。 法律免責聲明第 1.7 及 1.8 條適用於本條款。簡言之：本公司不會排除法律上不可排除的責任，包括第26章及第71章下的隱含消費者條件，以及因本公司疏忽導致死亡或人身傷害的責任；在此前提下，本公司就任何產品或服務的累計責任以您所支付的金額為上限，且不對間接或衍生損失負責。

3.16 不可抗力。 因本公司合理控制範圍以外的事件（包括颱風及黑色暴雨警告、水災、火災、疫情、政府命令、勞資行動、大廈管理限制、電力或供水中斷、承運商失誤）而導致延誤或無法履行，本公司概不負責。

3.17 投訴及爭議。 請先聯絡 mingpang@aquabello.co — 本公司目標於 2 個工作日內回覆，並於 14 個工作日內解決。未能解決的消費爭議亦可轉交香港消費者委員會。

3.18 條款修訂。 本公司可隨時更新本條款。適用版本為您下單時本網站所公佈的版本。重大修訂會在本頁頂部註明日期。

3.19 可分割性、轉讓、完整協議。 若任何條文被裁定不可執行，其餘條文仍然有效。未經本公司同意，您不得轉讓權利；本公司可轉讓予業務承繼人。本條款連同第 3.2 條所述政策，構成雙方就您的購買事宜的完整協議。

3.20 適用法律及司法管轄權。 本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄，雙方接受香港法院的非專屬司法管轄權。

3.21 語言。 中英文版本如有歧義，以英文版為準。
